  Alright, here is my horror story people.
  
  Pulled up to this Popeye's to see if they had the new chicken sandwich and the line wrapped around the parking lot, all the way to the street. 30 minutes had passed and we finally arrived at the drive thru menu. Needless to say, the chicken sandwich had not come to Alaska. Regardless, after waiting for 30 minutes, I was not pulling away with no food. So, I asked for the spicy chicken tenders with red beans and rice and an extra biscuit. The guy taking my order replies "we are out of the spicy chicken tenders, red beans and rice, mac and cheese, and napkins." I just kind of sat there in despair for a few seconds until I finally accepted my reality and realized that I would have to order the regular tenders and some coleslaw. Took another 15 minutes to receive my food and they did not give me my extra biscuit. I went in and got the other biscuit and then pulled out of there as fast as possible. Whew.

  Went to this place last night at 6:10p.  It took me 10mins to get to the front of the line to order my food.  (Still understanding at this point). Ordered and paid for my food, 6:20p.  Go to get my drink while I wait, there are no lids, no straws.  
  
  Standing around, I watched the chaos as tickets continue to pile up and minimal food is going out.  I was #198, they were just calling out #193.  I end up standing in the lobby with at least 20 other people waiting for my to go order for 40mins. At this point, I was in Popeyes for 50mins total.  This is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.  
  
  There is nothing fast food about waiting for a to go order for 40mins (not including the 10mins I had to wait just to have my order taken).  Then they started making tickets out of order to get the food they did have ready out.  I'm ok with that.  Except the Spicy tenders I was waiting on and the person in front of me were ready and they were still skipping orders. I watched a guy who literally had been waiting maybe 5 mins at this point get his food while mine and the people before mine were not being filled.  
  
  I had to walk up to the counter.  Tell them my spicy tenders were ready and they needed to make my order, now.  
  
  No apologies. The cashier had an attitude and nobody seemed to give any indication they wanted to be there let alone they cared how crappy the service was.  
  
  DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES.  You will only be DISAPPOINTED!  I would have given zero stars but that wasn't an option.

  We buy food here because we like the food but it's the CONSISTENTLY, SLOWEST and WORSE customer service on the planet. Drive-tru wait time is at least 30 + minutes. Inside service is almost as slow w/messed up orders every single time we order. When we got to the drive-tru window, I was very surprised to see trash all over the floor.
  
  They DON'T care if your order is messed up, late or served with a terrible attitude. The only thing positive about getting food here is the food is great. They closed for about a month two months ago. We were hoping that when they reopended they would have improved but nope, it's the same horrible service. I've complained to corporate about this store's lack of adequate management before- no one seems to care!
